The knowledge we bring to our client assignments is based on many years experience gained both in a consultancy environment and from full time board level positions with responsibility for organizational change.

Our client list consists mainly of blue chip organisations e.g. ARG, BP, Dow Corning, Philips, ICL, Motorola, Glaxo, Matra Marconi, BPA.

We have worked on a variety different types of programme. E.g. organizational change, new product development, marketing, R & D, retail, manufacturing and construction. 

Other assignments have involved:

• The creation of portfolio, programme and project management tools techniques and processes
• Team building and facilitation at major programme launches
• Creation of bespoke training and development programmes in change management from introductory to master class level
• Provision of expert advice and guidance to organizations and individuals throughout a major programme of change.  From initial concept through to completion and final hand over

In addition to the above we also have significant experience of working with Global and Pan European programme and project teams and of working on site in numerous European countries, from Dublin to Prague, and Stockholm to Madrid, including many countries in between.
