There are many different views on what is most important when dealing with change. We believe that for any change to be meaningful and long lasting it has to be based on intrinsic experiences. That is to say you cannot force people to change, but you can create an environment where change is internalised and seen as the most natural progression for individuals, teams and organizations.
Our approach is based on developing positive relationships with those responsible for leading change and working with them to create not only a clear view of what the end of the change programme will look like, but also a road map of how to get there. We also understand that for many involved in leading and managing various elements of the change, they themselves will be struggling with what this all means for them. By coaching and supporting these key players through their own personal change experience we can develop role models for the rest of the organization to follow and relate to.
In addition to the above we also believe that a fundamental element of successful change is the creation of a fully integrated approach to the planning and implementation of change. An approach that encompasses both the critical people related aspects as well as the process and technological aspects.
