You are responsible for a large complex programme or project.  It requires significant planning and management and may involve developing a new programme team, either dedicated or part time. Your future, and that of the business, is critically linked to the success of your efforts, e.g. new large scale systems implementation, new facility build, organizational restructure etc.

At some time in their life many organizations will have a requirement to launch a large 1 off complex programme or project, the success or failure of which may determine their future.  Although they may have the in house capability to manage smaller programmes they may not have the experience or expertise to tackle something of this scale. Usual options available are to either, out source the management to a 3rd party, which may be not only costly but also higher risk, or to try to do the best possible job with internal resources.

Given our experience we can offer a 3rd option by  facilitating a mobilisation and planning workshop. By doing so we can support the in house manager in the creation of a close programme team and a workable plan that they can use to manage the project through to completion. We also provide support during the implementation of the programme by attending key steering groups, any re-planning events and providing coaching and advice to the key players.

The added benefits of such an option are that the key skills and competencies are developed in house for the future with the minimum of cost and risk.
